Amy Savage is Co-founder and President of Fine Points — a leadership development company that places high value on inspiring authentic leadership. She began her career working for tompeterscompany! where she met the authors of The Leadership Challenge®, Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, and was impacted by their leadership research.

Over the years, she developed a passion for the 360° feedback instrument, The Leadership Practices Inventory®: LPI. Eventually, this led her to co-found Fine Points in 2004, where she has managed operations ever since, building a strong, relationship-based services organization that has taken over 30,000 leaders globally through the LPI.

Amy is a Certified Master facilitator and coach for The Leadership Challenge® and LPI. She has worked with a variety of industries including healthcare, finance, education, technology and non-profits. Regardless of whom she is working with, she finds her work extremely rewarding, as she gets to help people on their inward journey towards reaching their potential and making an impact outwardly in their environments. With over 17 years experience with the LPI and its authors, she is a raving fan of the feedback process and its power to effect change in people’s personal and professional lives. Amy’s specialty focus on coaching individuals and teams through the LPI 360° results has enabled her to bring insight, alignment and focused strategy for continued leadership development to her clients.

Amy’s personal values of “people, growth, vulnerability, courage and spirituality” drive her work with individuals and organizations, but also are the main fabric of her life outside of work. She resides in beautiful Monument, Colorado with her husband of 19 years and three children — ages 14, 12 and 11. When not traveling for work, she enjoys long hikes in the mountains with her family, cooking for friends, and advocating for vulnerable children in Ethiopia, where she adopted her son.
