Glenn Brome, founder of The Brome Company, is an experienced consultant, trainer and coach within large and small organizations. He focuses on Leadership, Facilitation and Diversity learning and skills to help solve organizational and individual challenges. Glenn is a graduate Cum Laude of the City College of New York with a Degree in Communications and Education. Over the past 20 years, he held Leadership roles with various organizations, including Walt Disney World Co. and Sears, Roebuck & Company in both Retail Management and Human Resources.
As an internal organizational development consultant at Disney, he served as part of the President’s Staff for a global executive leadership program. Glenn coached leaders by providing actionable feedback and through facilitated team development.
Glenn is an adjunct faculty member at OPM’s Management Development Centers and the Federal Executive Institute (F.E.I.). He is certified in several 360° Assessments, including Acumen® International / Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks® / OPM Leadership 360 / and others. Glenn is also a certified facilitator for Service Leadership and Frontline Service.
Glenn is a recognized speaker and practitioner of Behavioral Styles training and assessments, including DiSC® behavior styles instrument. He works with individuals and teams to enhance their ability to understand behavioral style differences and to leverage these differences. He also leads diversity classes and discussions, and has trained groups of facilitators to deliver diversity awareness sessions for management and leaders. Glenn is the Diversity and Inclusion instructor for Rollins College.
